to operate this machine. It only lists potential hazards associated
with using the machine and safety practices. Before using the machine
be sure to receive proper instruction on it's
use.
Potential Hazards:
1. Entanglement in the blade or moving machine parts
2. Flying dust
3. Binding blade may cause it to break
Safety Practices:
1. Make sure the machine is set-up correctly.
2. Make sure that all guards are in place and are correctly
adjusted.
3. Make sure you know how to perform the operation correctly.
4. Wear safety glasses at all times.
5. Roll-up long sleeves.
6. Do not wear dangling articles.
7. Secure long hair.
8. Keep hands clear of the blade and other moving parts.
9. Do not make sharp curves without relief cuts.
10. Do not back out of long or curved cuts.
11. Make sure the guide blocks are properly adjusted and are no more
than 1/4 above the stock.
